TRX/Jungle Gym Class
Another new addition to our fitness class regimen at Rogue Cabarete…..
TRX/Jungle Gym Suspension Training is a new approach to exercise that leverages one’s own body weight and the force of gravity and is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, coordination and core stability simultaneously. The system utilizes a system of straps, buckles and grips (called a “suspension trainer”) that allows the user to work against their own body weight
These exercises can range from suspended press-ups with the feet in the straps, chest press, pull-ups, twisting exercises that focus on the core, assisted squats and lunges. The number of exercises and variation to the exercises are limitless with every muscle group being able to be worked effectively.
Every class includes education and exercise programs that are changing the way athletes train for sports, soldiers train for combat, physical therapists rehabilitate patients and exercise instructors train their clients.
