MMA training

Our MMA program focuses on combining Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling and Muay Thai into a well rounded MMA fighting regime.

A typical day includes one on one training and  a group class, with either a workout or stretching session to complete your day.

Our on site gym is the perfect compliment to a training regeme, and we have certified personal trainers on staff to help you achieve your goals.

In the first week here most beginners can only train 2-3 hours a day, but as the days go by you will notice your stamina improving and be able to increase your time training.  By the second week you will be able to train 4-5 hours a day and by the end of the third most people can increase their training to 5 + hours a day.

The ideal training period is 1 – 3 months, but even a week is beneficial. T he first 3 week’s you are building on your fitness, stamina and technique. In the second month of training your fitness is up to speed and looking like a Pro fighter, your loss of body fat is noticeable and you are mentally on an extreme high. At the end of your 3rd month of training your fitness is peaking and you will be keen to go home to impress your friends & family with the new  you.
