Bikini Boot Camp is a full intensity workout designed to get you that body that stands out in a bikini.

 

A typical day starts with a beach  power walk or stand up paddle board session.  Follow that up with  a workout with a top Crossfit trainer focused on you.  And if you have it in you, end the day with a yoga class.bikini body

In between there are opportunities for numerous water sports  including kiting, surfing, laser sailing (all optional) or go for some pampering with beach side massages, lots of agua di limon and plenty of sunshine.

Your bikini boot camp package begins with an evaluation from a certified personal trainer who will then design a program around your personal goals and fitness level.  They they will work with you daily to ensure proper technique and form, while motivating you to make the most of your workouts.  The goal here it to make you look and feel good.

 

 

stretchThe exercises will get you looking your best in a bikini, and diet is part of the program, so your personal trainer will work with your nutrition to ensure you are eating healthy and right.

These are typically two week packages and combine nutritional guidance, group workout classes, yoga and daily personal training to maximize what you learn and take home to help you continue on your lifestyle change.
