Our approach to weight loss it different. We believe that the only way to sustainable weight loss is through a combination of healthy eating habits, correct fitness and healthy lifestyle. Our Weight Loss intensive programs are designed to be a kick start on that path.

After an analysis of your body type, current fitness habits and eating patterns, the Weight Loss vacations programs kick off with carefully monitored intensive training to shock your metabolism. We continue with workout variations to push your body to make the changes towards a healthier and fitter you.

The most important component – food – is vital, and so we monitor what and when you eat, as well as supplement your meals with protein and nutrients for quick recoveries so that we can keep you going.

 

Our purist trainers  refuse to promise quick fix weigh loss.  We don’t do  weigh in tricks . We are genuinely interested in your success and will do what it takes to get you there.   We strive to create a program that facilitates gradual and sustainable weight loss.

 

Weight loss is often delayed by a couple of weeks because your body is busy fixing everything and is preoccupied with the system shock and the anticipation of the next work out – Once you tick past those first couple weeks, you will begin to see definite results. We provide you with nutritional guidance and personal training all the way through whether it is online or in person here in Cabarete

Free for your dinner

 

Suspension Trainers CabareteThe healthy meals  provided for you are for breakfast and lunch, and you will be fed protein shakes loaded with supplements to help your body through the initial push towards fitness

 

We generally put people on a six day week with Sundays as a rest day.  Alternatively, we have an optional group fitness activity. For your dinner meals, your coach will either join you or advise you on where to go.

One week programs focus on education and movements, as it’s hard to get a lot done.   Obviously the more time you commit, the more you get out of it,  as our trainers will teach you constantly and work with you to get the results you are after .

The one week program is $1199, and will most likely leave you wanting more.  The cost for the 2 week program is $1899.   In addition to that you’ll  need to purchase your evening meals. We leave for evening meals to practice the nutritional knowledge learned, as well as an opportunity to see Cabarete – our wonderful beach town.

The follow up to your program via Skype or Facetime personal training and workouts are $399 per month and include nutritional guidance and personal training sessions (yes, they work via Skype!)- so there’s no escaping your workouts or cheating on your diet – because we’ll be in constant communication.

 

Prices include basic beach front accommodations in an eco hotel. If you want something more upscale we can quote you on that as well.
