Fitness Bootcamp
This is a kick butt high intensity Fitness Bootcamp program — a circuit of drills ranging from running and jumping jacks to push-ups, squats and sit-ups — for people looking to kick start their body back into fitness. It can be set up as a weight loss boot camp, a fitness bootcamp, or a performance enhancement bootcamp.
Haven’t worked out in months or years? Not a problem. The Fitness boot camps are tuned to your personal fitness level – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school, your personal trainer will customize a workout routine to ensure you get the most. All the activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level pending on how you feel and your goals.
Motivation is a major key to your success. You will be under constant supervision by your personal trainer, helping you to take it to the next level while keeping it safe and fun. No two workouts will ever be the same. This prevents boredom and ensures that you develop proper technique. Other people working out around you also motivate you as you are surrounded here by fitness minded individuals.
Even short term bootcamps are beneficial, as the education from the certified personal trainers will help you continue your routine when you head back home.

The Fitness Bootcamp packages include a beach front room at one of our partner hotels, gym membership to the coolest beach front gym in the Caribbean, a personal evaluation by a certified personal trainer and daily yoga, and one on one training with our fitness guru. For those with a focus on weight loss, we include breakfast and lunch, and send you grocery shopping with a nutritionist to help educate you in healthy choices.
