Intro/Gentle Yoga: For those new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice by going into the asanas . Clear instruction and slower movements.
Flow Yoga: Introduction to the basic concepts and poses of Ashtanga Yoga series in a gentle, safe and effective way. A continuation of various power yoga methods designed to give you a solid and firm foundation in the practice.
Extreme body: This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you desire.
Plyometrics: Exercises (pylos) build an anerobic capacity and explosive strength . This program is intense and requires a good fitness base. Explosive movements for a series of repetitions at high speeds and high levels of intensity.
Hip Hop Adults and Kids: The newest moves in Hop Hop and Dance with the freshest moves to ‘cut the rug’
Real Ryder Spinning: On Real Ryder ABF8s. It turns, tilts and banks like an outdoor bike. Works the core, upper body, legs cardio and improves balance in a way that no other group cycling bikes can.
