If you’re looking to sweat, stretch, strengthen, or reconnect your body and mind you will find exactly what you are looking for with our Yoga Cabarate yoga classes. And with classes every morning from Monday to Friday and evening classes three times weekly, there is no reason you cannot join us!
Crossfit:
Jungle Gym- Redefining suspension body weight training and is suitable for everyone – from beginners to professional athletes. Daily programs vary from plyometrics to pilates and everything in between.
Body Thrive- a brand new, unique fitness class combining complimentary exercises organized in a pyramid model interspaced with active recovery involving yoga and stretching.
Martial Arts – Not only do we offer one of the premier Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academies in the country, our professional instructor also teaches boxing and self defense classes.
